This new Linn Akurate range speaker bridges the gap to the Klimax level, more pics on the main page. The first ver sion of these will be fully active, with 6 Chakra power amplifiers, one for each drive unit. There are 2 bass units hidden inside firing down, hence the 'barik' title following on from the unique bass loading of the original Isobariks. Cant wait to hear them, which will be the 23rd April at the official launch party !

Price? £ 15500, not bad if you think it through, Akurate 242s are £ 7300, add 6 power amps, £18,000, add 2 more bass units??
